Tattoos and Other Easy ways to Ruin Your Body ↘

Women, let me tell you something that your friends and many guys will not. Your tattoos are ugly. We do not like them. We respect you less for them. We think you’re a pawn without a sense of solida…Bahahaha
Wow. I’m not the kind of guy who tells people to go kill themselves…so I won’t. But I really hope something bad happens to his testicles so he can’t contribute to the gene pool.
I love how telling such things are about the writer.
“When you go to a parlor and hop in a chair for some greaseball to stick a needle in you and play kindergarten doodle on your skin, you’re lending him a level of familiarity over you. Does this fall under the category of what the mainstream media calls “jealous men calling normal things cheating?” Yes. Does that make us wrong? No. A man has marked you and you will always carry his handiwork. What if you wore a necklace that another man gave you in the presence of your boyfriend or husband?”
Dude, that’s some seriously jealous bullshit, of the sort that’s in abuser red flag territory. I paid a guy for a service, akin to getting my hair cut on levels of intimacy. My hair doesn’t belong to my stylists, my skin, and the art embedded in it doesn’t belong to my tattoo artists. I wasn’t branded as theirs, they helped me mark my skin as my own.Of course that makes a lot of men very uncomfortable, as that long, terrible ramble proves. Women, doing things to their bodies, with complete disregard to random men’s opinions. (Hell, complete disregard to even my own husband’s opinions. He likes them, but I certainly didn’t think about getting his approval beforehand).
Now I feel like having “STFU! NO ONE CARES” tattooed somewhere on my body that’s easy to show, so I can flip one at people like this douche whenever I need it.
For fuck’s sake. What is wrong with people? Do you not have brains? Do they just not function as brains are meant to function? Do they just fill your skull with squishy gray material, like a placeholder?
I just had an interaction about getting a photo I took of myself removed from a site where I did not submit it or consent for it to be posted. After a back and forth and its final removal, I thanked the party for their assistance. They replied with, “You’re welcome. I guess you like posting this kinda pics on tumblr lol”
My body is MY BODY. I will take photos of it in any manner that I like and I will post those photos where and when I like. Just because I post them to a site that is public does not mean that I consent to someone else taking that photo, adding words to it, and posting it elsewhere. I do not.
You do not assume consent. About anything. And you do not assume that anyone gives a shit about what you think about their body or their life or their choices.
Don’t fucking assume. If you feel yourself starting to assume that someone wants to hear what you think about them and they haven’t asked you for your opinion? You should probably do something productive, like slapping yourself in the face with a dead fish.
EW THIS IS ABSURD! What kind of misogynistic world does this fuckwad OP live in to think it’s OK to voice such an ugly opinion on what women choose to do with their own fucking body? GROSS.
“Like sleeping around, the detrimental effects of a guy doing this are much less severe. It’s not fair, but neither is child leukemia or Cystic Fibrosis.”
So wait, let me get this straight…. this mother fucker is comparing: women with tattoos, to men with tattoos, to man-sluts, to whores, to LEUKEMIA AND CYSTIC FIBROSIS!!? What a tool. The problem this man is probably encountering is that he’s only ever met “trashy” women with tattoos. He’s obviously had rocky relationships or bad experiences with women with tattoos and is therefore placing a general judgement on all of us. And you know what… not cool man. I dare you to say the same about a respectful, young (female) teacher or a highly independent, fortune 500 executive WOMAN who makes bank and wears a pant suit to work every day, but underneath has a sleeve of tattoos or god-forbid a tiny “tramp stamp” on her lower back. Jeez, how fucking judgmental can you be? There are still respectful, tasteful, tattooed women out there… it’s unfortunate that the image of a raunchy women with tattoos has to stand for common ground in the gender as a whole.
